We do it differently. We are from Kolhapur. You can walk into our office, have a cup of tea, and plan your trip face to face. The person who plans your trip is the same person who answers your call when you are standing at the airport.
We started IRL with one simple thought: people in our city dream of the same trips as people in Mumbai and Pune. Kashmir. Dubai. Bali. Europe someday. But they want someone they can trust. Someone real. Someone local.
That is us. We plan. You travel.

Koustubh has spent the last ten years on the road. More than 30 countries so far, most of them planned the same way he now plans yours: by hand, one detail at a time.
He is not doing this alone. The team behind IRL has 20 years of combined experience in the travel industry, and between them they have planned and managed trips for more than 1,00,000 travellers.
For most of those years the work happened quietly in the background. The team built trips for travel agents, who then sold them onward. The families taking the holiday never met the people who designed it. IRL exists to close that gap. Now you talk to the people who actually build your trip, and nobody sits in between.
Kolhapur is where he started out. So it is where IRL starts too.
